Chute Installation Supervisor

Job Overview

Enlyst Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking an Internal Installation Supervisor who will report directly to the President. This role involves overseeing the internal teams responsible for chute and compactor installations in local and national markets, ensuring that safety protocols are consistently followed, and that all projects are executed efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate installations in a prompt, safe, and effective manner.
• Supervise crew leaders and collaborate directly with team members to guarantee timely and safe completion of installations.
• Engage with clients and staff to set clear expectations for each project.
• Guide, mentor, and train team members on best practices, accurate documentation, and timely submissions.
• Collaborate with the company president and other management for strategic growth and quality enhancement.
• Provide recommendations to enhance operational capacity and quality.
• Promote a supportive culture across all teams.
• Partner with HR to ensure employee development, engagement, and alignment with corporate values and objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in people management.
• Experience in training and development.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Forklift certification.

Supervisory Duties

• Oversee crew leaders.
• Manage installers.
• Supervise in-house project managers and assistants.

Work Environment

This position operates at various job sites, where noise levels may range from moderate to loud. Personal protective equipment such as eye, ear, and foot protection is mandatory. The temperature may vary significantly across job sites.

Physical Requirements

While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, the employee must be able to stand, utilize fine motor skills to handle tools and small components, and must possess the ability to see and hear for safety purposes. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and lift or move items weighing up to 25+ pounds.

Skills & Competencies

Essential skills include supervision, coaching, process management, process improvement, strategic planning, and a combination of hands-on and supervisory expertise.

Travel Requirements

This role involves regular travel within the DMV area and to job sites within driving distance. National travel may be necessary based on contract obligations or distributor training needs.
