Position Overview

The Lead Marketing Analyst is responsible for advancing our data-centric marketing initiatives by delivering comprehensive analyses and insights that identify growth potential, risks, causal relationships, and actionable recommendations.

This position demands a strategic thinker adept at extracting data from diverse sources to reveal performance enhancement opportunities that support organizational growth. Key focus areas include, but are not limited to, enrollment processes, digital marketing effectiveness, market demand analysis, and trend drivers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts marketing and enrollment assessments and presents detailed reports, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Evaluates business objectives in easily digestible formats.
  • Acts as an internal consultant, effectively communicating insights to various stakeholders.
  • Maintains a robust understanding of business challenges and opportunities to ensure alignment with requests.
  • Translates data into actionable insights to confirm or refute risks and opportunities.
  • Creates data narratives that are accessible to a range of audiences, from senior executives to frontline staff.
  • Analyzes, measures, and visualizes the success of marketing campaigns and enrollment strategies.
  • Proposes new and enhanced performance metrics that adapt with the business and validate causation to overall success.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations, to identify process improvements that enhance conversion rates.
  • Manages multiple projects and priorities independently to support various internal clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role is essential.
  • Experience in marketing and sales analytics is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools, preferably Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate priorities in a matrixed environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings.
  • Strong visualization skills with proven expertise in utilizing the full capabilities of Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce administration and reporting is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation, providing tailored research and reporting to diverse user groups in a timely manner.
Additional Information

In alignment with pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is between $53,520 and $93,918. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, including experience, training, geographic location, certifications, market conditions, departmental budgets, and responsibilities.
