- Managing the planning, design, development, acquisition, integration, implementation, enhancement, and upkeep of cohesive business systems solutions for managed services.
- Guiding the creation of systems and application solutions, along with the development of integrated environments and automated testing processes.
- Evaluating industry trends and implementing recommendations to enhance operations and address discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes project requirements by identifying milestones, phases, and essential elements, guiding projects from initiation to execution.
- Assists management in facilitating change management initiatives.
- Proposes and implements actions to enhance operational processes.
- Collaborates with analysts and developers to design effective computer solutions.
- Provides leadership throughout the development and testing phases.
- Supervises Work Management activities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Version One or comparable work management tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Preferred Experience:
- Proficient knowledge (2+ years) in one or more of the following areas:
- Java, UNIX, and SQL utilizing Oracle DB.
- Previous experience in management and leadership roles.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technology or software development is preferred.
Educational Background:
- A degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field is preferred.
Note: If the candidate lacks a relevant degree, an additional 4 years of pertinent work experience is required.
