Job Title: Field Support Analyst I

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and in office 3 days per week). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of our Pulse Point location in Meridian, ID.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Field Support Analyst I to provide installation, repair, and maintenance for desktop PC technologies and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, overseeing asset management, and evaluating hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for onsite and expanded teams.
  • Oversee asset management and ensure optimal performance of desktop PC technologies and systems.
  • Evaluate hardware and software issues and assist in identifying requirements for solutions.
  • Provide basic training to users for new installations.

Requirements:

  • Requires an AA/AS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study and a minimum of 1 year experience with PC and operating systems; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Requires Dell hardware certification.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience as a technical specialist is strongly preferred.
  • Microsoft A+ and Network+ certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Experience with computer technology is strongly preferred.
