We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Worker/Kitchen Helper/Dietary Aide to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. This role is responsible for assisting the Cook in the preparation and service of meals, ensuring quality food service is provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Cook in food preparation and service
  • Prepare and deliver food and trays
  • Wash dishes and clean and sanitize the kitchen
  • Utilize protective gear in all functions
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions policies
  • Provide positive and pleasant interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Specialized training in food service desirable
  • Current ServSafe certification required by State/County law
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
