Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator - Project Manager to join our team. As an Estimator - Project Manager, you will be responsible for determining the scope of work, predicting resources needed, and managing costs to meet budget. You will also provide direction over contracts and subcontracts, manage construction schedules, and ensure compliance with relevant building and safety codes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and Define Scope of Work: Define the scope of work and deliverables for each project, ensuring that all necessary details are captured.
  • Predict Resources Needed: Predict the resources needed to complete each project, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Manage Costs: Manage costs to meet budget, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and within budget.
  • Provide Direction: Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts, ensuring that all agreements are in place and that all parties are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Manage Construction Schedules: Manage construction schedules, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant building and safety codes, ensuring that all projects meet the required standards.
Requirements
  • 3-5 Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or estimating within construction.
  • Blueprint Reading: Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software, with experience in Agtek, ProEstimate, Bluebeam, Procore, 3D Office, Building Connected, or similar.
  • Construction Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
