Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Estimator - Project Manager to join our team. As an Estimator - Project Manager, you will be responsible for determining the scope of work, predicting resources needed, and managing costs to meet budget. - Predict Resources Needed: Predict the resources needed to complete each project, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Manage Costs: Manage costs to meet budget, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and within budget.
- Provide Direction: Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts, ensuring that all agreements are in place and that all parties are aware of their responsibilities.
- Manage Construction Schedules: Manage construction schedules, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant building and safety codes, ensuring that all projects meet the required standards.
- 3-5 Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or estimating within construction.
- Blueprint Reading: Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software, with experience in Agtek, ProEstimate, Bluebeam, Procore, 3D Office, Building Connected, or similar.
- Construction Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
- Competitive Pay: Very competitive pay and benefits package.
- PTO: 1 week paid PTO after 60 days, accrued weekly, with increasing PTO after 2, 5, and 11 years of employment.
