Maintenance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Radiate Hospitality, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of our hotel by exceeding guest expectations and maintaining the efficient operation of all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed guest and team member expectations by providing exceptional service and maintaining a well-organized and efficient maintenance operation.
  • Prepare work schedules in accordance with forecasted occupancy and ensure that all necessary work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the completion of tasks and projects.
  • Advise on large and small projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Organize and complete preventative maintenance of all hotel guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Be responsible for the proper working operation of all back-of-house kitchen equipment, ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Ability to call in assistance and obtain quotes and permissions for work to be completed, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained.
  • First responder to emergency situations, understanding the level of authority in safety and awareness within the hotel.
  • Conduct inspections of public spaces without supervision and provide follow-up as needed, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained.

Model Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of maintenance experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience.
