The Marketing Manager will spearhead the annual marketing operating plan, strategic initiatives, and budget execution for Quest Diagnostics' B2B sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, Health Plans, Accountable Care Organizations, Health Systems, and Employers.

This role is situated in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Lead demand generation initiatives in partnership with Quest Diagnostics' commercial collaborators to drive annual revenue growth.

Deliver insightful market and competitive analysis along with growth strategies for the business's annual operating plan. Market research may encompass desk research (e.g., reviewing industry publications and competitor messaging) and internal data analysis. Development of growth strategies may involve evaluating past performance, learning from marketing teams, and leveraging industry best practices.


Oversee the Market Research & Analytics team to cultivate competitive and market intelligence in collaboration with Quest Diagnostics leadership, commercial, and solutions teams.

Continuously refine and optimize compelling market-ready value propositions and brand positioning for Quest Diagnostics products.

Direct the marketing campaign strategy in conjunction with Customer Marketing teams, which includes market analytics, segmentation, targeting, channel strategy, content strategy, and growth strategy. Collaborate with Life Sciences, Health Plans, Health Systems, and Employer marketing teams to execute customer-centric campaigns.

Work alongside Customer Marketing teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure strategic alignment. Allocate the marketing budget to Customer Marketing and Marketing Enablement as necessary.


Partner with Agile Marketing colleagues to create and distribute sales enablement materials, conference presentations, core content for sales decks, and digital/social media content.

Generate and present marketing campaign performance reports to Marketing and Business leaders.

Consult with the Quest Diagnostics Strategy team on ideation process submissions related to strategic marketing alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, including ownership of a demand generation marketing plan
  • 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Collaborative – capable of driving alignment with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
  • Engaged – keen on understanding market and customer needs while developing market and competitive insights
  • Effective – proficient in marketing technology and a compelling storyteller
  • Coachable – open to growth and improvement through feedback from leaders, peers, and colleagues
