Program Manager Opportunity at H2 Performance Consulting

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to support The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command at Peterson AFB, Colorado Springs, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, directing, and coordinating all contract and TO support activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement standard methodologies and automated process management systems
  • Provide support for operations and IT resource management requirements;
  • Support strategic planning, management, and control functions integral to IT initiatives;
  • Provide foundational support to effectively align IT requirements with an agency's mission operations;
  • Enable the development and implementation of enhanced governance capabilities;
  • Oversee, direct, and coordinate IT engineering program upgrades and performance improvement programs
  • Plan, coordinate, and support, of the daily workflow as specified in the Task Orders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college/university, in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or information technology.
Qualifications/Certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Level 3 Certification in Program Management
  • One of the following certifications
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
    • GIAC Security Leadership Certificate (GSLC)
    • Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)
    • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCP)
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of combined experience in all aspects of IT management
Clearance Qualifications:
  • Must have an Active Top Secret security clearance at the time of application and be eligible for a TS/SCI clearance
