Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavioral health programs that align with the college's mission and strategic plan
  • Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to students
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to develop and implement program initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective use of resources
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring a high-performing team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field
  • 2 years of experience in a behavioral health field, with a focus on program development and management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with budget management and staff supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
  • Experience working in a higher education setting
