The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional cleaning services and a commitment to ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure the proper cleaning of offices, public areas, residences, and common areas.
  • Develop and implement cleaning programs, including annual deep cleans, move-in preparations, and special event cleaning.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order equipment and supplies as needed to maintain a safe and efficient cleaning environment.
  • Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, restrooms, kitchens, resident laundry, and apartments.
  • Ensure that all cleaning duties are performed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Plant Operations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of related experience in housekeeping, preferably in a senior living community.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and vendors.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Compassion for and desire to work with seniors.
  • Ability to implement cleaning programs and maintain work records and reports.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to direct the work of others in a professional and compassionate manner.
