Position Overview:
The Regional Freight Operator is responsible for the operation of a tractor-trailer on designated routes, ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of cargo at various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
The Regional Freight Operator will:

  • Facilitate the delivery of goods and services in a timely manner.
  • Safely load and unload cargo from the trailer.
  • Navigate logistical routes effectively within the organization.
  • Work autonomously while maintaining clear communication with team leaders and branches regarding job-related matters.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Uphold a high standard of driving performance.
  • Ensure adherence to all Department of Transportation regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the truck and loading dock.
  • Follow established processes and procedures for optimal job performance.
  • Engage in company initiatives aimed at process improvement.

Compensation:
The salary for this role typically ranges from $23 to $29 per hour, with consideration given to relevant experience, skills, and knowledge.
