Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Homeowner Support Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our homeowners and guests while collaborating with internal departments to resolve their inquiries efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable answering a high volume of phone calls and email communications, and be able to multitask with ease. Your problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment will enable you to thrive in this role. In addition, you should have the ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external guests, as well as maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners and guests by responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve homeowner/guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services.
