As a Customer Service Liaison at Extended Stay America, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and promoting the value of our extended stay concept. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with guests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, resolving issues through effective problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures according to company guidelines and procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with room assignments, special requests, and resolving guest complaints, escalating concerns to management when necessary.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality environments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to interact effectively with diverse groups, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Able to operate property management systems technology, perform audits, and maintain accurate records, following established procedures.
