Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Management Business Solutions. This is a full-time position that requires a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inpatients at a busy Long-Term Acute Care Hospital in the Madison, WI area
  • Collaborate with Physician leaders and Hospitalists to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical programs to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmission rates
  • Work closely with corporate leadership to maintain optimal momentum of quality metrics and program components
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of acute inpatient hospital experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Education consistent with requirements for licensure and certification with the State of Wisconsin
