Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at UW Health. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients in our ambulatory and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultative services for the diagnosis and management of complex infectious diseases and unexplained febrile illnesses.
  • Evaluate and manage infectious disease pediatric patients.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple infectious disease physicians and specialty services in AFCH.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Doctorate's degree from an accredited Nursing Program (Pediatric Primary Care, Pediatric Acute Care, or Family Practice preferred).
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA Program.
  • State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure.
  • Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice.
  • Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice.
  • Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice.
  • Active PA board certification.
