Are you passionate about bridging the gap between clinical care and technology? Spherion is seeking a Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our mission-driven healthcare organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clinical and technical leaders to enhance patient care by improving the integration of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and aligning technology with clinical best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the bridge between clinical operations and the technical EHR team, ensuring effective use of EHR systems.
  • Guide best practices for clinical documentation and streamline workflows in collaboration with the EHR Analyst.
  • Provide training and support to clinical staff on the use of EHR tools, ensuring alignment with day-to-day operations.
  • Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to improve communication and patient care processes.
  • Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of EHR changes, including system upgrades and form revisions.
Qualifications:
  • RN with a solid clinical background, understanding CNA, LPN, and RN workflows.
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical informatics or a related field.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working in a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a focus on process improvement and documentation best practices.
  • Knowledge of EHR systems (Epic experience preferred) and the ability to bridge clinical operations with technical solutions.
