Position Summary:

We are currently looking for a Clinical Research Operations Manager to oversee a dedicated team within a prominent health research institute. This role is pivotal in managing both RN and non-RN personnel who are tasked with supporting Principal Investigators (PIs) and other key stakeholders in the execution of clinical trials and research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor research coordination staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Lead the research site team in all facets of clinical trials, including participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment.
  • Ensure adherence to protocol-required visits and procedures, as well as accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Coordinate sponsor monitoring visits and federal audits, addressing queries and reporting adverse events.
  • Maintain comprehensive research records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Provide training and quality control oversight for clinical research coordinators and nurses.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Research Coordinator RN.
  • Current CA Registered Nurse license.
  • Demonstrated management experience in a clinical research setting.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $128,000 to $141,000, commensurate with experience.

Additional Information:

This is an exempt position that may require occasional travel and flexibility in work hours.
