About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to support our research projects, including clinical trials and regional initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Principal Investigators and Program Managers to ensure the successful execution of research projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Organize implementation plans, manage timelines, and coordinate workflow to ensure project progress.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate meetings with team members, develop agendas, and create content for steering committee meetings.
  • Site Outreach: Develop and send emails to participating facilities, respond to site questions, and prepare presentations and educational materials for investigators.
  • Data Management: Enter data, create figures and graphs, and provide IRB support for drafts, submissions, modifications, and progress reports.
  • Travel and Field Support: Travel to ensure accurate conduct and progress during project stages, and provide field support as needed.
Requirements
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to operate a networked PC in a Windows environment with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and data entry skills.
  • Experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Access, and Redcap.
  • Conduct research protocols with critical attention to detail and evidence of multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to analyze problems from inception to completion and provide suggested solutions.
  • Effective and professional interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to confidential information and documents.
  • Ability to maintain accurate database files and function well in a team environment.
  • Experience with patient recruitment and prior research experience with demonstrated independent responsibilities and activities.
