About the Role:

ApTask is seeking a highly detail-oriented Mailroom Associate to join our team. As a Mailroom Associate, you will be responsible for applying postage to mail pieces using a Postage Meter and ensuring that mail is produced in accordance with US Government Client Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply postage to mail pieces using a Postage Meter
  • Quality check mail pieces before and after processing to ensure compliance with US Government Client Regulations
  • Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Stand for full shifts

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of US Government Client Regulations
  • Results-driven with high attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
  • Ability to sit or stand on your feet all day and be able to bend, turn, twist, and lift
  • Ability to understand English and follow operator instructions
  • Ability to communicate in English
