Role Summary:

As a Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with both Business and IT stakeholders to thoroughly comprehend the problem landscape and deliver insightful analysis to capture and manage quality requirements that align with the proposed system solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Address complex business requirements, develop epics and user stories, manage the backlog using appropriate tools, and investigate issues leveraging subject matter expertise and an understanding of business operations.
  • Engage with Business teams to analyze growth opportunities, ensuring critical data is evaluated for effective solution development.
  • Work closely with Business Owners, Product Managers, and/or Product Owners to guarantee that business needs are accurately captured, prioritized, and understood, thereby managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Assist in analyzing functional business requirements and implementation specifics to ensure that designs meet non-functional criteria.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with initiative teams to ensure clarity regarding requirements.
  • Contribute to the creation of operational readiness documentation and training materials to facilitate the adoption and effective use of the system/functionality as necessary.
  • Provide support during integration and acceptance testing phases and implementation.
  • Exhibit a collaborative approach while working in a team environment, maintaining comfort in daily interactions with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adhere to the established Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, including enhancements to SDLC business processes and innovation.
  • Utilize Agile principles and methodologies to achieve deliverables and facilitate communication.
  • May offer guidance and direction to team members, serving as a subject matter expert for the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience, including a solid understanding of systems capabilities and business operations; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with AI/LLM is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, inquisitive, and creative, demonstrating a passion for problem-solving, strong decision-making abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
