Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Clean Harbors. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and maintenance personnel to ensure that electrical systems are properly installed, maintained, and repaired.
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that electrical systems are properly maintained and that downtime is minimized.
  • Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential problems and take corrective action to prevent equipment failure.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that electrical systems are properly integrated with other systems and that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Develop and implement training programs for electrical technicians and maintenance personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; electrical license preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair, including experience with electrical systems and equipment.
  • Proficient in blueprint reading, process and instrumentation diagrams, and PLC ladder logic trees.
  • Computer savvy and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work off-hours and on an on-call basis.
