Job Title: Major Maintenance Rotating Equipment Supervisor

At PEMEX Deer Park, we are seeking a highly skilled Major Maintenance Rotating Equipment Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of critical rotating equipment maintenance and turnarounds. This role is part of our Maintenance, Turnarounds and Construction (MTAC) team and requires a strong technical background and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute major maintenance and turnaround projects, ensuring adherence to technical standards and quality plans.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to develop and implement business plans for critical machinery, including 1-5 year plans.
  • Ensure efficient planning and execution delivery by managing cost, eliminating waste, and minimizing opportunities for defects.
  • Collaborate with production teams to deliver optimal scope and performance for critical equipment repairs and upgrades.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resource plans for critical machinery field work.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in projects, maintenance, and/or turnarounds in an oil refining/petrochemical manufacturing environment.
  • Previous field execution experience through maintenance support of 24-hour operations or projects construction required.
  • Deep understanding of site critical machinery standards (turbine, reciprocating compressors, and centrifugal compressors).
  • Working knowledge of other disciplines' technical standards (electrical, instrumentation, PEI).
