We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Analyst to join our team at the Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State University. As a key member of our DevSecOps Department/Cyber, Modeling and Simulation Division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our software and hardware configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of a configuration management process
  • Manage and maintain hardware and software configuration items and related engineering documentation
  • Support product development, manufacturing handover, and takeover
  • Guide efforts and product lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effectiveness in presenting to management, engineers, or sponsors
  • Past success collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Siemens TeamCenter, Atlassian JIRA
  • Active government security clearance
  • Skills or background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or programming languages

Working Location: On-site in San Diego, CA
