Job Title: Direct Support Professional 2

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional 2 to support individuals with developmental disabilities to have quality of life. As a Direct Support Professional 2, you will promote the health, safety, and well-being of residents, serving as an advocate for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily routines, including bathroom needs and meal preparation.
  • Provide support with daily living activities, such as changing undergarments and clothing.
  • Pick-up and drop-off clients in company vans from/to their home/facility (if necessary).
  • Assist with clean-up and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • Direct Support Professional Certificate Year 1 & Year 2 (Preferred or willing to obtain within the first 6 months of hire)
  • Must have First Aid / CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a California Driver's License
  • Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check.
