Responsibilities- Collaborate with surgical team members to coordinate patient care and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Anticipate and provide equipment and supplies to maintain a safe and efficient operating room environment.
- Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Handle and transport medications and solutions safely, following hospital and departmental guidelines.
- Participate in staff development and training, assisting with the orientation and education of new personnel.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous First Assist experience or one year scrub tech experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure and function independently in a fast-paced environment.
