About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Vail Resorts, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the training of culinary staff and other kitchen colleagues engaged in preparing/cooking food.
  • Teach colleagues the importance of consistency in preparation and presentation.
  • Be responsible for kitchen operations such as menu planning, provisioning, food preparation and sanitation.
  • Ensure quality, portion control and plate presentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
