About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TDB Communications, Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to general to moderately complex customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and high-quality customer experiences
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues and escalate as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, business, customer service) or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving complex issues
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
