Job Summary

Imagineers LLC is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and facilities operations of a 101-unit condominium complex in Farmington, CT.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and supervising the maintenance team, ensuring the safe and effective upkeep of the property, public facilities, and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising a seasonal maintenance assistant and seasonal pool staff
  • Directing the work of outside contractors and vendors
  • Coordinating maintenance projects and ensuring timely completion
  • Managing maintenance budgets and resources

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a non-exempt position with occasional after-hours responsibilities for emergencies.
