As a Customer Specialist Sales Leader, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming store environment that makes our customers feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Service:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and products to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Proactively plan and organize customer contacts to build and deepen relationships.
  • Participate in community and store events to promote the brand and engage with customers.
  • Use a monthly playbook to track and monitor customer engagement activity.
  • Support sales growth by effectively supervising the sales floor during peak periods.
Business Acumen:
  • Stay informed about the business and competitive landscape to identify opportunities to create an exceptional customer experience.
  • Balance customer service and operational energies to ensure seamless execution of tasks and priorities.
Operations:
  • Support operational areas as needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Protect company assets and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal employment laws.
Requirements:
  • Strong sales or hospitality experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in using mobile technology to engage with customers.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and retrieve merchandise from high shelves.
