Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sterile processing team
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Develop and implement procedures for cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining equipment and instruments
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and patient care
Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing
Knowledge of sterile processing and regulatory requirements
Experience with Epic and other medical software
