Customer Service Representative

As a vital member of our team, the Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to clients regarding outstanding payments.
  • Conduct discussions with clients both in-person and via phone to understand the reasons behind overdue payments, while reviewing contractual agreements.
  • Document and relay updates on collection efforts to relevant parties.
  • Organize and manage correspondence effectively.
  • Process payments and accurately update customer accounts.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service aptitude, especially in challenging situations.
  • Experience in cash handling.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
