About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team at REAP Inc. and provide essential mental health and behavioral health services in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using a Biopsychosocial-spiritual framework to determine the mental health needs of clients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Continuously evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to clients.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support as required.
  • Collaborate with clients and their families, if applicable, to develop treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that align with Oregon Administrative Rules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare reports as required by Oregon Administrative Rules and agency policies.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and access to appropriate mental health services.
  • Assist clients in navigating the mental health system and accessing community resources.
  • Stay informed about and adhere to Oregon Administrative Rules governing mental health services.
  • Ensure that all services provided meet established quality and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other professionals.
  • Participate in case conferences and treatment planning meetings.
  • Work with behavioral health team members and overall REAP staff to ensure service continuity to support policy advocacy, trainings, wraparound services and the overall mission of the organization.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., Counseling, Psychology, Social Work).
  • State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or other relevant licensure.
  • At least two years of professional experience is preferred.
  • Meet the criteria for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as defined by Oregon Administrative Rules.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving the mental health of clients.
