Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Meridian Health Services. As a key member of our mental health team, you will provide professional counseling services to individuals, couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment problems, and other life challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients with a range of mental health concerns
  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to promote emotional healing and well-being
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and research in the field

Requirements
  • Master's Degree: In a license-eligible field such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Licensure: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC required
  • Valid Driver's License: And a reliable vehicle, with a driving record meeting company policy and proof of insurance
