Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment plans, and contributing to our mission of improving mental healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults and/or children and adolescents, utilizing evidence-based practices and medication management.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to address mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed therapists to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and regulatory requirements in mental healthcare.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in one or more US states.
  • Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, with a focus on medication management and therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
