Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide health services and direct care to individuals with disabilities living in a residential program. In addition, the incumbent will provide advocacy and liaison with community healthcare providers, monitoring medical records, and medication administration.

This role requires a compassionate and skilled professional who can foster positive relationships, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Educational Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited and approved licensed practical nurse program
  • Current Massachusetts Nursing license
  • Prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities is a plus

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional compensation for on-call rotations.
