About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Direct Support Professional 2 to join our team, supporting individuals in Level 2 residential programs. This role involves assisting with daily living skills, community integration, and advocating for individual needs.

As a key member of our team, you'll receive comprehensive training and have opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement personalized support plans for individuals, aligning with their goals and needs.
  2. Maintain accurate records of individual progress, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • One year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
