Salary Information
The estimated hourly salary for this position is $18.00.
Job Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for processing health care documents, checks, and printing transaction statements as part of our team.
- Working closely with scheduling, print, and operations teams to meet client service level agreements (SLAs) is also a key aspect of this role.
- Operating our BLUE CREST fleet of inserters, including EPICs, PULSEs, MSEs, and ad-mark equipment, is another critical responsibility.
- Performing preventive maintenance and quality checks to identify and report malfunctioning issues ensures the smooth operation of our equipment.
- Documenting and communicating all issues to leads or managers is essential for efficient problem-solving.
- Understanding support staff job responsibilities enables you to obtain necessary support when needed.
- Monitoring equipment performance on an ongoing basis ensures they operate correctly.
- Following instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is crucial for maintaining efficiency and productivity.
- Completing all required documentation is vital for accurate record-keeping.
- Reviewing materials to ensure quality standards are met guarantees high-quality output.
- Addressing troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively is essential for minimizing downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires a GED or High School diploma. Additionally, you must be detail-oriented and able to lift 50 pounds.
