  • Responsible for classifying and labeling goods according to foreign trade, EU dual-use, and embargo regulations
  • Classify goods in the customs tariff and ensure compliance
  • Verify business partners against EU and US sanction lists
  • Assess the feasibility of deliveries to embargo countries based on export control considerations
  • Analyze new and amended export control regulations and implement necessary actions
  • Develop and optimize internal policies for export control compliance
  • Participate in export control projects and represent the export control officer

Your Profile. What You Bring

  • Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
  • At least 3 years of experience in export control in an internationally active industrial company
  • Strong technical understanding and affinity for technology
  • Comprehensive knowledge of goods classification and customs tariffication
  • Methodical and structured approach to work
  • Initiative and teamwork skills
  • Excellent German and good English language skills
