We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, Strategic Partnerships to join our team at Elanco. This is a critical role that will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships across the US Pet Health Sales division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of account managers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive top-line growth and expand Elanco's presence in the pet health market.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with key partners to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the pricing and product setup process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and national account managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or animal health.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the pet health industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • Experience in sales management, sales training, or practice management consulting in the animal health industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the pet health market and products.
  • Ability to create a culture of engaged and empowered employees.
  • Understanding of category landscape, challenges, and opportunities.
