The successful candidate will possess a registered nurse (RN) license and at least one year of experience working as an RN in a skilled LTC setting. A bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing college is preferred.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will be able to compile data into thorough reports and implement individualized care plans that meet the needs of patients.
