This role involves advising organizational leaders, promoting resilience within their departments, and effectively utilizing the global business continuity framework. Your contributions are vital for ongoing enhancement and resilience development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary liaison for Business and IT stakeholders regarding all facets of business continuity planning and management.
  • Designs and executes business continuity program initiatives in partnership with team members and relevant stakeholders.
  • Establishes and nurtures relationships with business partners to facilitate all aspects of business continuity planning and management.
  • Provides recommendations and guidance to support resilience enhancements for business partners.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve business continuity capabilities across the organization.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of business continuity processes and tools in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Suggests enhancements to business continuity processes and best practices.
  • Recognizes business resilience initiatives and formulates coordinated solutions.
  • Delivers regular updates on resilience status to ensure accountability for business continuity planning activities.
  • Facilitates the shaping of solutions and the collection of requirements.
  • Drives program initiatives from conception through to execution.
  • Assesses needs and promotes new ideas and actionable items.

Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience in IT processes, tools, and standard practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience and certifications in Business Resiliency and Business Continuity.
  • Exceptional communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Certifications in Project Management, Quality, Availability, and Reliability.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of AI and BI for data analysis.
