The Quality Improvement Director will develop and implement a robust quality program to ensure participants receive exceptional care.

This role involves overseeing quality improvement activities, guiding a team, and communicating quality results to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Medical Directors and the QI team to develop and implement quality initiatives.
  • Develop and standardize enterprise metrics for clinical excellence, quality, and patient safety.
  • Monitor and improve compliance issues, corrective action plans, and the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse program.
  • Oversee the grievance and appeal process, including investigating quality reviews and collecting data.
  • Support PACE program procedures to process grievances and complaints.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with state and federal regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience as a QI/Assurance Director or Manager in a healthcare setting, or managing health/eldercare programs with oversight of QI or compliance.
  • Lean Six Sigma green belt or black belt certification preferred.
  • Formal Quality Improvement and Analytics Certifications preferred.
