About Triton Pools LLC

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

As a Project Manager at Triton Pools LLC, you will be responsible for managing project tasks and schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met. You will also lead teams, communicate project status, and stay aware of company goals and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Organize and plan project tasks and schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.

  • Communicate project status, progress, and any issues or concerns to stakeholders.

  • Stay aware of company goals and strategies, ensuring that projects align with business priorities.

  • Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise, optimizing project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills.

  • A bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, informational technology, or related fields is preferred.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as DACI and best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Trello, Asana, Pivotal Tracker, and Basecamp.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
