The Cincinnati Insurance Companies are seeking undergraduate interns for our IT Desktop Support Internship. This role is onsite and based out of our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

About the Role

This internship provides an opportunity to gain meaningful work experience and develop your skills in IT desktop support. You will work closely with our team to provide technical support and assistance to our employees.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees
  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Work with Windows 10 and Office 365 suite of products
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of networks and network terminology
  • Repair PCs and peripherals
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical audiences
  • Participate in team meetings and projects
Requirements
  • Enrolled as a full-time, undergraduate student at an accredited college/university
  • 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
  • Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and related software
