Job Title: Infrastructure Consultant/SharePoint Developer

InfoReliance is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Consultant/SharePoint Developer to support our client, a Federal Agency based in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test, train, and maintain solutions deployed on our Microsoft SharePoint based Internet, extranet, and intranet sites.
  • Configure, maintain, monitor, and report vulnerabilities for the current customer platform.
  • Support infrastructure operations and maintenance activities, including daily/weekly monitoring, server configuration/upgrade efforts, disaster recovery/COOP activities, general troubleshooting support, and other engineering related activities.
  • Participate in Configuration Change Board (CCB) reviews concerning change requests and defect reports.
  • Assist in trouble resolution and repair of software defects identified as deficiencies.
  • Support the maintenance of existing SharePoint sites, InfoPath forms, stand-alone website forms, and Model-View Controller software applications.
  • Develop system upgrades and enhancements, and operational support of an existing customer-based application.
  • Identify customer requirements and implement solutions when required.
  • Provide strategy, planning, concept, and interface design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, including Computer Science.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience with Infrastructure engineering and SharePoint development/design.
  • Experience with InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, or K2.
  • 3+ years of experience with SharePoint engineering/administration.
  • Site collection configuration and using SharePoint Designer.
  • Developing solutions with forms and workflow solutions.
  • Implementation of SharePoint Collaboration tools, including forums and issues lists.
  • Implementation and development of SharePoint Web parts.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with engineering and software development methodologies.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
