Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Experience: A Journeyman labor category requires 3 to 10 years of relevant experience along with a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. You will be expected to perform all functional duties independently.

Clearance: TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves extensive use of computing systems, including PCs and laptops. You may be required to sit or stand for prolonged periods, and tasks may include typing and reading from a computer screen. Sufficient mobility is necessary, including bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily responsibilities efficiently. The role may also involve climbing and working in confined spaces, as well as lifting and transporting equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

Typically, this role is based in an office setting, which may include cubicle arrangements with varying noise levels and lighting conditions. You will need to collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and management at all levels.

Attendance:

Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Consistent attendance is crucial to meet deadlines and attend meetings. Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate critical mission needs.

Essential Functions:

Professional conduct is expected at all times when interacting with customers, management, and co-workers. Clear and concise communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. Appropriate grooming and attire are required for the position, ensuring no safety risks to yourself or others.

Independent transportation to the office or work site is necessary, and travel to customer locations may be required to support projects. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, adherence to safety protocols, including wearing seat belts and refraining from using cellular devices while driving, is mandatory.

Successful candidates will undergo a drug test and background check. A commitment to professionalism that enhances productivity and fosters teamwork is essential.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $82,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across various locations.
