About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our Electronic Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of our Electronic Warfare (EW) Simulation products.

Your primary focus will be on executing systems engineering tasks, including requirements analysis, systems modeling, trade studies, and design support. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting systems engineering work products to internal review teams and at program milestone reviews.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of systems engineering principles and practices, as well as experience working in a DoD environment. You will also need to be able to interact effectively with program managers, integrated product team leads, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Support full-life cycle engineering design and development activities on ES programs
  • Execute systems engineering tasks, including requirements analysis, systems modeling, trade studies, and design support
  • Prepare and present systems engineering work products to internal review teams and at program milestone reviews
  • Interact effectively with program managers, integrated product team leads, and other stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physical Science with 2 or more years related experience, or Master's Degree in Engineering with 1 or more years related experience
  • Experience with hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation and allocation, or architecture design
  • Experience with Windows and/or Unix operating systems
  • Experience with DOORS, JIRA, and MagicDraw (or equivalent) is strongly preferred
  • Experience in a DoD environment and model-based systems engineering are preferred
  • Effective writing and presentation skills
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Active Secret Clearance preferred; Secret eligibility required
