Key Responsibilities
  • Perform requirements analysis to understand customer needs and system end-user requirements
  • Develop architecture models to support requirements development and derivation
  • Identify technical risks and opportunities, and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement, test, and validate customer requirements
  • Monitor and adapt emerging technologies to existing and new products
  • Maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and project partners
  • Participate in system design reviews and system integration, test, and requirements validation activities
  • Create, maintain, and manage requirements database
  • Develop system documentation, including test procedures, test plans, and test reports
  • Evaluate, characterize, and prioritize product defects, and effectively communicate problems to team members, management, vendors, and customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field with 5 years of experience
  • Analytical, resourceful, and detailed-oriented
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of computer software packages (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to readily grasp high-level customer requirements to derive usable and implementable design requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a government security clearance
  • Must have a Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance
