Job Summary

A Marketing Activations Coordinator role has become available in a hybrid setting, requiring three days of in-office work per week. This position involves collaborating with a well-known company in Washington, DC to plan and execute various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate events, including product launches, trade shows, and pop-up activations, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.
  • Activation Management: Organize, manage, and oversee on-ground and digital marketing activations, aligning them with the brand's objectives and strategies.
  • Vendor Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure necessary materials, services, and venues for marketing activities.
  • Campaign Development: Assist in designing and executing promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor activation expenses and ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Gather feedback, measure campaign effectiveness, and prepare detailed reports outlining outcomes and suggesting areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in a large service organization setting.
  • Proven ability to manage complex events and coordinate tasks internally and externally.
About the Opportunity:

This is a hybrid remote opportunity offering flexibility and convenience.

The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $24-$29.
